THEATRE OF BLOOD (1973)

‘You begin to resent an actor if you always have to give him bad notices.’

The Bloodiest homage ever paid  to the Bard! A frustrated Shakespearean actor one by one silencing all his critics permanently in a series of bizarre killings. Vincent Price is dazzling man to watch once again but what’s more interesting is the way he carried death of characters and the theatrical soliloquies from famous Shakespearean plays while attempting each unimaginable murder. The film shares close resemblance with ‘The Abominable Dr. Phibes’, especially in plot, execution of murders & above all Price’s worth watching horror acts.
